A sweet smell of almonds and spices lies in air. Because since more than 85 years, in 5th generation, Original Christmas Stollen from Dresden is baked here.
The Stollen-prescription is considered as strictly guarded family secret, and is passed on by the master only to its son. Excluding selected raw materials like californian almonds, in Jamaica Rum inserted raisins and fine Marzipan may in our Christmas Stollen. Our christmas stollen is rounded off with candied lemon peel, candied orange peel and exquisite spices.
In the family Gnauck kept the traditional handicraft of the Stollen baking until today. By the renouncement of any preservatives and production in pure manual work, we can offer a Stollen in top quality to you.
